Insurance Coverage Requirements.
The West Shore Parks and Recreation Society requires that all leagues or teams who use West Shore Parks and Recreation Facilities submit proof of public liability insurance in the amount of two million dollars minimum ($2,000,000) for each occurrence. If your group has insurance, you must add the West Shore Parks and Recreation Society as additional insured, and have your agents send a copy (proof) of your insurance to the West Shore Parks and Recreation Society by mail or fax.* Insurance can be obtained from the West Shore Parks and Recreation Society in most cases through any insurance agent.
*The INSURANCE CERTIFICATE must be received by the Facility Bookings Department at Juan de Fuca Recreation Centre at least 7 days prior to the activity. |
